HPI started in 1986 as a specialty representative and manufacturing company serving the electric utility and telephone industries in South Carolina. Today we represent 19 manufacturers supporting the Electric, Water, and Gas utilities with products and services covering Metering, Power Quality, Security, Testing, Software, Equipment monitoring. We also manufacture a growing number of items to support our factories equipment. Our territory for many of our Factories has also increased to cover eight states as representatives from Georgia to Delaware. HPI also designs and manufactures specialty products that are sold throughout the USA and neighboring countries.
